How does mailing & reimbursement work?

We kindly ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping label when mailing any product(s) back to us, with the exception of the First Pair Underwear Guarantee, where we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Once we receive your return product(s) and have checked it over to ensure it meets the above criteria, we will reimburse you for the cost of your product(s) within 5 business days or send your replacement product(s) if you’ve asked for an exchange. Easy as that!
