If you aren't completely happy with your KOY Gear items, you can request to return/exchange provided your product(s) meet certain conditions.
UNDERWEAR
Looking to return/exchange multiple pairs?
You can either return your product(s) for a refund on the product cost or opt for an exchange, provided the product is still unopened, in its original packaging (we do this for hygienic purposes).
T-SHIRT
If you aren’t completely happy, you have the choice to return your product(s) for a refund on the product cost or opt for an exchange, provided the product(s) has no sign of being worn or washed.
SOCKS
If you aren’t completely happy, you have the choice to return your product(s) for a refund on the product cost or opt for an exchange, provided the product(s) has no sign of being worn or washed, with the plastic connector remaining intact.
How do mailing & reimbursement work?
For mailing any product(s) back to us, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label after you initiate the return/exchange process. Once we receive your return product(s) and have checked it over to ensure it meets the above criteria, we will reimburse you for the cost of your product(s) less the shipping costs within 5 business days or send your replacement product(s) if you’ve asked for an exchange. Easy as that!
