UNDERWEAR

First Pair Underwear Guarantee:

If you aren’t completely happy with the first pair that you purchased, we will send you one new pair of underwear for free or refund you the price of one pair of underwear (excluding the cost of shipping), no questions asked. Regardless of your decision, you get to keep your original pair. 


Not your first pair purchased or looking to return/exchange multiple pairs?

Any subsequent pairs ordered, you can either return your product(s) for a refund on the product cost or opt for an exchange, provided the product is still unopened, in its original packaging (we do this for hygienic purposes).

T-SHIRT

If you aren’t completely happy, you have the choice to return your product(s) for a refund on the product cost or opt for an exchange, provided the product(s) has no sign of being worn or washed.

SOCKS

If you aren’t completely happy, you have the choice to return your product(s) for a refund on the product cost or opt for an exchange, provided the product(s) has no sign of being worn or washed, with the plastic connector remaining intact.

How do mailing & reimbursement work?

We kindly ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping label when mailing any product(s) back to us (with the exception of the First Pair Underwear Guarantee, where we will provide a pre-paid shipping label). Once we receive your returned product(s) and have checked it over to ensure it meets the above criteria, we will reimburse you for the cost of your product(s) within 5 business days or send your replacement product(s) if you’ve asked for an exchange. Easy as that!
